our STORY
CrossFit Fairfax opened its doors in June 2006 – one of the very few CrossFit affiliates in the Northern Virginia area!
It has been an incredible journey starting from nothing to seeing our amazing community grow and being able to change the lives of hundreds of people!
We are not just a fitness facility. When you join CrossFit Fairfax, you become part of our amazing CrossFit community. Our mission is to provide you with the BEST and most efficient fitness training. We are not specialists. Our fitness program focuses on functional exercises, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing, running and jumping rope. We train a wide variety of people of all ages and fitness.
We offer a variety of programs to best suit your needs: Getting Started beginners class, group classes, private training, semi-private training and Olympic Lifting training. Our group classes integrate techniques and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts that can be scaled and modified to anyone’s fitness level. Our one-to-one personal training sessions provide focused individual guidance and coaching tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.
