What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Here's why it's right for you

Experienced Coaches

We have many coaches at our gym and some have been coaching Crossfit since 2007

Been around since 2006

We were one of the first Crossfit Affiliate's in the Northern Virginia area.

Location, Location, Location

We have the Mosaic District 2 blocks to our South and the Dunn Loring Metro 2 blocks to our North.

So many class times

Our Classes start at 5:30am and our last class is at 7pm, with lots of classes in between those times to choose from.

Amazing community

We get together a lot! From Happy Hours, to a Halloween Party, Friendsgiving, Annual Corn Hole Tournament and of course a Holiday party. There is always something going on and friends to meet.
