Want to learn more about CrossFit? Click here to read "What is CrossFit?" If you are new to CrossFit or want to check us out, you are welcome to come in and watch one of our training sessions. If you would like to give it a try, you can join us for a FREE session on Saturdays at 9:30. No CrossFit experience is necessary for the Saturday session. To help you get started in your CrossFit journey you are required to take our Getting Started Class. This class is required for all new clients who are not experienced with CrossFit training. If you have already been Crossfitting, you can test into classes. Just call or email us to set up your test-in appointment. The Getting Started class is a three-hour class designed to teach you the fundamental movements and exercises that will be needed to safely perform workouts. During this class you will get a chance to learn more about Crossfit and our program. Getting Started classes offered during the week are 2-hour long. Our Getting Started Class is open to all ages and level of fitness. This class is lead by two of the CrossFit HQ Certification Trainers (Maggie and Jeff). After you have completed the Getting Started class, you can choose the membership option that best suits you. The cost for this class is $100. You may workout with us prior to attending this class, but you must register and pay for the next available class. Next Getting Started Classes:
